A hand-crafted oolong tea made twice a year in Taiwan's Nantou county. Crafted in the traditional style with medium oxidation and moderate roasting, it boasts a smooth palate with roasted buckwheat aroma and a subtle hint of dried apricot. Made from Wuyi and Qingxin oolong tea cultivars by a fourth-generation artisan oolong teamaker in Mingjian Village.
