Baguette Café was founded in Las Vegas in 2009, inspired by the food, cafés, and everyday hospitality of the South of France.
We bake our croissants, and pastries in-house and prepare our food from scratch, from breakfast and quiche to sandwiches, salads, and seasonal dishes. Our cooking is simple and ingredient-driven, mostly non-GMO ingredients, and a kitchen that is almost entirely seed-oil-free.
But Baguette Café has never been only about food.
Growing up on the French Mediterranean coast, the café was part of everyday life — a place to meet, talk, work, linger over coffee, and be looked after. That spirit of hospitality is still at the heart of what we do today.
Come for a croissant and coffee in the morning, lunch with a friend, or simply a place to slow down for a while.
